Looks like Anubias Nana Petite, love the small leaves. Some melt and rot, but managed to remove them. The rest is thriving.

Big Portion and Well grown
Brought 2 Pots, thought it will come in small portion but didn't expect a huge portion for both. Nevertheless, plant came in great health and well grown into the tank
